Texas Bluebonnet Award
Click here for more info and to go to the tests!
Texas Bluebonnet Award Program @Gullett is for all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. We participate in the Texas Library Association's children's choice award book program. Each year TLA will publish a list of 20 nominated books that Texas students read and vote on their favorite. Students must read at least 5 of the nominated books. The Bluebonnet books are shelved on the white picket fence bookshelf in the library. We have lots of copies of each book, but they are in high demand. You may also request them from APL. A copy of the current list can be found on the TBA website.
